Refund Policy

Refund Policy of Stempil Sp.z.o.o


At Stempil Sp.z.o.o, we are committed to providing high-quality custom rubber stamps for both retail and B2B clients. We aim for 100% satisfaction with our products, but due to the personalized nature of our services, our refund policy reflects the specifics of custom production under Polish law. Please read our refund policy carefully.


1. Custom Product Refund Exemption

All rubber stamps produced by Stempil Sp.z.o.o are custom-made based on the specific designs and requirements provided by the customer. Under Polish consumer law, personalized and customized products are exempt from the standard 14-day return policy. Therefore, once production has begun, orders for custom rubber stamps cannot be canceled or refunded unless the product is defective or does not match the specifications provided by the customer at the time of order.


2. Defective or Incorrect Products

If the product you receive is defective, damaged, or significantly differs from your order specifications, you are entitled to request one of the following options within 14 days of receiving your order:

- Repair of the defective product at no extra cost.

- Replacement with a new rubber stamp that matches your order.

- Full Refund if a replacement or repair is not possible.

To qualify for a refund or replacement, you must notify us of the defect via email at corporate@stempil.com with a detailed description of the issue, along with photos of the product, within 14 days of delivery. We will evaluate the defect and respond with the next steps.


3. Cancellations Before Production

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the cancellation request is made before production begins, we will issue a full refund. Once production has started, cancellations are not possible, and no refunds will be provided due to the customized nature of the product.


4. Return Shipping Costs

- If a product is defective or if there has been an error on our part, Stempil Sp.z.o.o will cover all shipping costs associated with the return or replacement of the product.

- If you are returning a non-defective product or wish to replace it due to your error in providing the design or specifications, you will be responsible for the shipping costs.


5. Non-Returnable Conditions

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for the following:

- Minor discrepancies in color or design that do not affect the functionality of the rubber stamp.

- Errors in the text, design, or specifications provided by the customer.

- Wear and tear from normal usage.


6. Process for Refunds

Once a return or refund is approved, refunds will be processed within 14 business days via the same method of payment used for the original order. Please note that the refund process may take longer depending on your bank or payment provider.
